Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Management Associate to join our team at Arvato SCM UK Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efficient flow of goods, ensuring timely shipment completion, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing and Inventory Management: Plan, monitor, and control order processing and internal flow of goods to ensure on-time shipment completion and compliance with specified SLAs/KPIs.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Independently identify and resolve problems, initiate appropriate measures, and communicate with specialist departments and management.
  • Reporting and Research: Execute key performance indicator reports, conduct system research, and assist in capacity planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, proficiency in SAP systems, and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams are also essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience and Skills: Experience working in a warehouse environment, familiarity with logistics/transport processes, and proficiency in SAP systems.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use JIRA (desirable).
  • Soft Skills: Customer-focused mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, reliable, and excellent time management and organizational abilities.
