At Diagnostic World, we are seeking a skilled Sonographer to join our team in Surrey.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position where you will play a vital role in supporting our Diagnostic Ultrasound services. You will be responsible for undertaking ultrasound procedures efficiently and effectively for both the public and private sectors, adhering to best practice of ultrasound technique in line with company policy and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake ultrasound procedures in line with existing modality-specific clinical guidelines and protocols (aligned with RCR & SOR Standards).
  • Support the Clinical Lead and Training Lead when required.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic HCA to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Hold a minimum of a PGD in Ultrasound (or equivalent) and be a member of an appropriate professional body with valid registration.
  • Demonstrate significant clinical experience as a qualified sonographer, undertaking a wide range of procedures at a minimum, General and Gynaecology.
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence and have access to a car.

We estimate that your total compensation package will be around £45,000 per year, including salary and benefits.
