We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be working closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to prepare and cook our delicious kebabs and other menu items. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, as well as ensuring that all kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring that all dishes are presented attractively and are of the highest quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and fryers, to prepare and cook food to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food service setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
