We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Downham Market. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain effective quality control processes across all aspects of production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve quality awareness and skills among staff

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of quality management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company pension scheme and on-site parking.
