As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all our shoppers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
- Building rapport with customers and ensuring they have a great shopping experience
- Providing support in store during the busy festive period and taking the initiative to make decisions that benefit our customers
- Working well within a team and communicating openly with colleagues to achieve our goals
