As a key member of the Eviosys team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements within our manufacturing operations. With a focus on analyzing and optimizing our Manufacturing Execution Systems, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position will be to collect and analyze data to identify stakeholder needs and recognize insights to improve the Manufacturing Execution Systems. Your familiarity with SAP will be essential for success in achieving resource-efficient and cost-effective processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data to identify stakeholder needs and recognize insights to improve the Manufacturing Execution Systems.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define new and improved business processes using technology to aid success.
  • Prepare business cases, diagnostics, and project plans to support decision-making processes.
  • Support the evaluation and drive implementation of process improvements including change management and training requirements.
  • Organize meetings and workshops with stakeholders and technical teams to implement changes successfully on-time and to budget.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, such as business process maps and training materials, to communicate outputs effectively.
  • Manage project coordination, progress tracking, and risk assessment. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Test system changes and train end-users on new procedures and systems.
  • Play an active role during the implementation of proposed changes.

Key Skills

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst or worked in the manufacturing area with a focus on process continuous improvement. Demonstratable experience of aligning business processes with MES functionality and IT capabilities.
  • Able to design solutions, translating customer requirements into IT solutions and troubleshoot any technical challenges.
  • Experience of overseeing multiple projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to architect and implement system solutions, while authoring system documentation and requirements.
  • Experience of working within agile development methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel & a self-starter to learning. Learn new skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proven experience of taking ownership of complex problems and working to seek a resolution.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and industry trends would be highly regarded.
  • Experience of working within agile development methodologies.
  • Technical skills of understanding/interpreting server, network, and infrastructure. Technical skills of SQL products.
