Customer Experience Team Member

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our Arbor Education team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our schools.
Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and webchat.
- Identifying and escalating potential risks to relevant teams.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assisting in the development of FAQs and online guide materials.
- Staying up-to-date with internal systems and processes, and contributing to their improvement.
Within 6 months, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in our feedback process, providing valuable insights to product, project, and engineering teams.
- Become part of our ongoing scaling projects, helping customers in various channels, including webchat.
- Develop your problem-solving skills, investigating issues and proposing creative solutions.
- Gain experience using a CRM or MIS system, or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Improve your written and spoken English skills.
