About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and learning disabilities, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Participate in activities and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Experience working in mental health and learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days and evenings.
