Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive practice role model, upholding Grandir UK's values
- Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
- Supervise and support children at all times, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Contribute to preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
