Job Summary

RMS Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Central London Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support and be confident in their ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and correspondence
  • Arrange viewings and follow up on client inquiries
  • Provide general assistance around the office as needed
  • Work closely with clients and deal with documentation

Requirements:

  • Prior office work experience is advantageous
  • Good understanding of Outlook and MS Office Packages
  • Articulate, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, organised and proactive
  • Confident and a diligent work ethic
