Finance Administrator Job Description at SONI Ltd

Soni Limited is looking for a skilled Finance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial and accounting processes, including data entry, account reconciliations, and weekly/monthly reports. You will also provide analysis and commentary on report variances, manage queries on invoicing and payments, and process accounts.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification is required. Experience in finance and/or regulated environments is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial and accounting processes
  • Provide analysis and commentary on report variances
  • Process accounts and follow up with clients and suppliers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
