Your new role

As a key member of an intimate team, you will be empowered to manage your own projects with the support of a visiting contracts manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
  • Uphold high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, ideally from a main contractor background.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and legal guidelines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with experience of working in a client-facing capacity.
  • SMSTS, First aid, CSCS
