Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Soft Landscaping Expert to join our team at Maylim Landscapes, a leading provider of high-end landscaping services in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Landscape Architects to deliver exceptional soft landscape solutions on high-profile projects across London.
  • Source and supply a diverse range of plants, including rare and exotic species, tailored to the specific needs of each project.
  • Lead tree tagging and nursery visits to ensure the selection of top-quality stock for our schemes.
  • Oversee on-site plant care and husbandry, ensuring the highest standards of quality control.
  • Manage pre-PC/construction maintenance teams and provide expert horticultural advice.
  • Train and mentor landscape installation and maintenance staff in horticultural best practices.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in horticulture or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field.
  • CSCS card and ability to travel extensively across London.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
