About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled logistics driver to join our team at Recruit A Driver. As a logistics driver, you will be responsible for driving refrigerated vehicles making deliveries in close proximity.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive refrigerated vehicles making up to 25 drops per day
  • Carry out safe unloading of vehicles at customer premises
  • Use handheld terminals when making deliveries
  • Maintain delivery vehicles to company standards and report any defects
  • Ensure daily checks are completed before use and operate vehicles safely

Requirements:

  • Valid category B license for a minimum of 12 months
  • Experience driving a commercial vehicle within the last six months (ideally 12 months)
  • No more than 6 points on license for minor offences

Working Hours:

  • Start time between 05:00 and 07:00
  • Monday to Friday working pattern

Estimated Salary: £13.00 per hour
