Materials Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

As a Materials Controller at PiLON, you will be responsible for receiving and unpacking material deliveries, checking for discrepancies and damages, and reporting them through our software. You will also load and offload materials for transport, transport materials manually or using pallet trucks, and dispose of waste materials safely following HSE regulations. Additionally, you will manage stock, conduct monthly inventories, and maintain accurate records of materials issued. You will collaborate with the site team to deliver services in line with contract requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need knowledge of proper inventory management, computer skills, a customer-focused mindset, problem-solving skills, good communication and writing skills, prioritization skills, and flexibility to meet commitments and deadlines. You will also need to be organized with excellent administration skills. Desired qualifications include a CSCS card, Asbestos Awareness Training, Health & Safety Awareness, and Manual Handling Training.
