Building Surveyor Professional

As a Building Surveyor at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, you will be responsible for undertaking building condition surveys, quinquennial inspections, and report writing. You will also prepare schedules of repairs, planning/listed building/building regulation applications/tender packages, and attend meetings with clients, consultants, statutory bodies, and local authorities to advise on technical issues.

Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying
- Previous work experience essential with an excellent knowledge of building construction and Health & Safety related matters
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and InDesign
