Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently read and interpret schematics and drawings to ensure accurate installation of piping systems.
- Assemble prefabricated pipework modules to meet project requirements.
- Work with various materials, including steel, plastic, and copper, to install and maintain piping systems.
- Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading, and welding operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Experienced Pipe Fitter with a strong background in commercial or industrial work.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Own hand tools are essential for the role.
- Experience with various jointing methods, including crimped, flanged, push fit, threaded joints, brazed, and soldering.
Working Environment: The successful candidate will work across the UK, driving to various project sites as required. A driving license is essential for this role.
