Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Group Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Group Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food production, menu planning, and team management in multiple locations.

  • We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000.00 per year, inclusive of quarterly KPI incentives.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple locations and new openings
  • Develop and implement menus that meet customer needs and preferences
  • Create and plan new specials to drive repeat business
  • Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Lead and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other personnel
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and a clean kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with site head chefs and management to innovate recipes and improve existing ones
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Creativity and innovation in menu planning and recipe development
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
