Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of our van business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and referrals through prospecting activities and existing customer relationships;
- Manage accounts to achieve growth and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers who do not yet use Dawsongroup services;
- Maintain a high level of van utilisation;
- Identify and develop potential markets within the area;
- Achieve sales revenue targets as set.

- Exceptional communication skills, able to develop and maintain value-added customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service;
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills;
- Promote the Dawsongroup brand, ensuring clients are aware of all Dawsongroup businesses.
