Culinary Operations Coordinator Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team as a Culinary Operations Coordinator. This role involves working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
About the Role:
- Preparation and cooking of food to a high standard
- Collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team to achieve excellent results
- Maintenance of a positive brand image and representation of Restaurant Associates at all times
