Team/Role Overview

As part of Citi's Executive Talent Acquisition team and acting as an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for covering executive hires across Global Markets & Services (Securities Services and Treasury and Trade Solutions).

You will be in charge of senior hires that are defined as Managing Director and critical leadership Director-level hiring. Your responsibilities will entail a combination of executive talent sourcing and pipelining, succession planning for executive seats, market intelligence collation and mapping, high-touch stakeholder and candidate management, and driving the efficiency of the recruitment process to meet critical metrics related to operational excellence.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment activity, covering identification, screening, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Global Markets and Services to deliver senior talent to the business.
  • Serve as a point of contact with Human Resources Partners (HR), Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Compensation partners to effectively onboard senior talent.
  • Engage global candidates, maintain knowledge of industry developments, and people moves.
  • Enable Citi's representation goals and keep diversity, in all its forms, at the heart of decision-making. Work with Diversity teams to facilitate slate processes as well as promote and manage internal mobility processes.
  • Work with Talent management on succession planning initiatives for critical roles.
  • Help drive creative strategies to achieve the best senior talent outcomes (through direct sourcing, referrals, succession planning tools, networking, etc.). Build and maintain a strong network of executive-level talent.
  • Provide market and candidate intelligence that enables hiring decisions to be made.
  • Build pools of talent for both products, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent.
  • Data governance (Workday, trackers, aging reports, etc.).
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
