Job Title: Therapy Assistant Practitioner - Women's and Pelvic Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our Women's and Pelvic Health team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including falls, interventions, and prevention.
  • Work collaboratively with the therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
  • Contribute to the development of patient care by attending relevant team and departmental meetings.
Requirements:
  • Relevant QCF (NVQ) 3 in Therapy or a relevant health-related area.
  • Good general education and keyboard and Microsoft IT skills.
  • Well-developed therapeutic handling skills and evidence of knowledge of Older Peoples care and/or Frailty and Emergency and Acute medicine.
