About Prestige Nursing & Care Halesworth

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our patients, and we're seeking a compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing support and care to vulnerable members of society. As a Community Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients in their own homes, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and support to our clients, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks.
  • To maintain accurate records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 hours per week (can be part-time or full-time)
  • The flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection

What We Offer:
