Rotating Equipment Inspector

Job Summary:

The Rotating Equipment Inspector will be responsible for working with suppliers of industrial rotating/electro-mechanical equipment to carry out in-process and final inspections. This will ensure that all products comply with international, customer, and internal specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively work with suppliers to conduct inspections and ensure product compliance.
  • Implement Non-Conformance Report (NCR) control, informing external providers of non-conforming products and working towards rectification with minimal disruption to production schedules.
  • Conduct audits for existing providers as per agreed schedules and audit new providers when applicable.
  • Attend various meetings internally and externally, including project kick-off, progress reports, and order updates.

Working Hours:

The Rotating Equipment Inspector will work 37 hours per week, spread across a sociable day shift pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 15:30
  • Friday: 07:00 to 12:30

Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: Between £40,000.00 - £50,000.00
