About the Role

Henderson Scott is partnering with a pioneering UK-based technology startup specializing in Application Security and Vulnerability Management.

This innovative company is seeking a seasoned Front-End Development Lead to join their fully-remote team. The ideal candidate will be based in the UK.

The startup has experienced rapid growth since its inception in 2020, achieving a company valuation of over £13 Million. With strong projected year-over-year growth figures, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Front-End Development: Spearhead the creation of a seamless User Experience for end-clients.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with a dynamic, fully remote team to drive new and fresh ideas in UI/UX design.
  • Drive Innovation: Contribute to the development of a highly engaged dashboard, working with big data sets and data visualization.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage expertise in Angular, visualization libraries (eCharts, D3), state management (Ngrx, Reactive store pattern), and cloud platforms (AWS).
Requirements
  • Proven Frontend Experience: Possess a track record of successful frontend web development projects.
  • Demonstrable Portfolio: Showcase a portfolio of completed projects.
  • Web Design Proficiency: Have a solid understanding of web design principles.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Effectively work with various stakeholders.
  • Time Management Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • Tool Familiarity: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and GitHub Projects.
