Clinical Pharmacist

Position: Locum Clinical Pharmacist
Location: NHS Hospital
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: £28 - £37 per hour via Umbrella (Band 7/8)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to support our medical and surgical wards in an NHS Hospital in South London. This role involves providing clinical pharmacy services, reviewing and managing medication therapy, and participating in multidisciplinary teams.

• Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services to medical and surgical wards
• Review and manage medication therapy for inpatients, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to contribute to patient care and outcomes
• Support the inpatient dispensary operations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a similar role
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently
