Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our product development team at Thermaglow Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing designs and technical drawings for electromechanical devices, components and assembly jigs/fixture using SolidWorks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create designs and technical drawings for electromechanical devices, components and assembly jigs/fixture.
  • Perform tolerance, dimensional and stress calculations.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with production capacity, quality, and resource constraints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in design and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in using SolidWorks 3D CAD.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per year.
