Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bespoke marketing strategies for each client to achieve maximum exposure and the highest possible price.
  • Work closely with clients from initial enquiry to handover of the keys, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Utilize the Fine & Country network to gain local, national, and international exposure for each property.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales, post-sales, and admin support teams to ensure seamless sales progression.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury estate agency, with a strong track record of listing and selling high-end properties.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with U/HNW individuals.
  • Professionally presented and able to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
