Adult Mental Health Community Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and proactive manager to lead our Community Mental Health Teams in Coventry. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who work with individuals living with mental health challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting independence and aiding recovery from the effects of mental health disorders. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of and application of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Care Act.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing line management, professional supervision, and quality assurance to the team.
- Working closely with partner agencies, including the NHS and voluntary organizations.
- Supporting the team to address the social determinants of mental ill health, including housing, debt management, and substance misuse.
- Helping to deliver the principles of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Health Act.
