Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ITIL processes and functions to ensure consistent deployment, execution, measurement, monitoring, and improvement of services.
  • Define and establish service goals, expected outcomes, and measurable results to drive business value.
  • Lead the ITIL Process resources to achieve process KPIs and service level targets.
  • Act as a crisis manager during critical incidents, guide proactive problem management, and address critical issues to avoid change failures.
  • Ensure up-to-date maintenance of the CMDB and achieve availability and capacity targets.
  • Continually analyze and refine service portfolio metrics to shape the future ITSM strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in ITIL processes like incident management, problem management, change management, etc.
  • Experience in ITSM processes and functions, as well as their supporting tools.
