The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance, with experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to play a key part in strengthening the team and assisting with the smooth running of the production facility. The role involves providing multi-skilled engineering and maintenance cover across the entire site, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance. The successful candidate will also receive continuous technical internal training to increase their skills and knowledge within the chosen field.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining plant, machinery, and general facilities, as well as contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains. You will work closely with the production team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements:
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:

The company offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including overtime opportunities, a progression scheme, 32 days' holiday, and a pension scheme. This is a permanent role with a full-time working week from Thursday to Sunday.
