Generator Engineer (Depot based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair a wide range of power generation equipment and tools, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are met and maintained.
  • Be responsible for the refurbishment of equipment and products, liaising with the Depot Manager when spare parts are required and ensuring all service records are updated onto the in-house system.
  • Complete and submit accurate job reports.
  • Manage stock items into and out of depot, in line with company policy.
  • Ensure the workshop is safe, tidy, and organised at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Experience working on power tools, diesel, and 2/4-stroke petrol engines or diesel generators.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Awareness of manual handling.
