Job Title: Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care to our elderly clients in Leigh and its surrounding areas. As a Home Instead Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sleeping and waking nights for our elderly clients
  • Build professional relationships with clients and their families
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Home Instead CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
