About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Ward Manager, overseeing the care of children aged 2-12 years on our 24-bedded ward. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and lead by example in promoting excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members.

Salary: £53,000 - £63,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
