Broking Strategist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, innovative, and dynamic regional broking team as a Broking Strategist. You will be responsible for the placement of a wide range of core commercial risks, working from our Manchester and/or Leeds offices.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our Retail Broking Strategy and procedures, handling all broking activities for a portfolio of clients and prospects, managing trading relationships with insurers, analysing the insurance market, and improving the quality and efficiency of the broking process.

• A detailed knowledge of commercial insurance market practices and dynamics including an understanding of the financial issues that drive the market
• The ability to work optimally with colleagues in an environment where success often depends on influencing skill rather than direct control
