Primary School SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learner Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in a primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the unique needs of learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting them in their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies tailored to each student's needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional well-being of students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with SEN is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car are preferred, as regular travel between schools may be required.
Salary and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £85 to £95, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a fulfilling and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of students with special educational needs.
