Administrative Support Associate

We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to provide first-class reception service for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 34 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a warm and efficient manner.
About the Role:- Administer a wide range of tasks, including answering calls and emails, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £11-13 per hour, based on the location and industry standards.
