About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Skin Care Experts in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Skin Care Experts to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Create and execute a business plan to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and develop a high-performing team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
