We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Allington Court Care Home in St Albans. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Providing coaching and guidance to the care team, including formal and informal teaching programs.
- Carrying out assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident.
- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they meet relevant standards and policies.
Requirements
- NMC registration with a valid pin.
- Positive attitude and energy to create a supportive work environment.
- Caring and hands-on approach to help residents maintain independence and dignity.
- Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Passionate coach who can support and train the care team.
- Respectful team player who demonstrates compassion and commitment.
