We are a leading inbound tour operator seeking a skilled Contracts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for negotiating hotel rates, allocations, and space across the UK, as well as tourism services such as transport, attractions, restaurants, visitor experiences, and car hire.

This exciting role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and a passion for mathematics. You will input prices into our system, select photos and write engaging content for our website, assist in arranging site visits and buying trips, and support the contracting team in chasing signed contracts from suppliers.

This position is ideal for someone looking to enter the inbound tourism industry, which offers great career opportunities and genuine training. The role is based in our London office, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements after completing a comprehensive training programme lasting up to 6 months. We use the Tourplan system and provide additional training on its usage.
