Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an IT Support and Field Engineer Apprentice. As a key member of our technical support department, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support to our clients, as well as assisting in project work and managing IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues both onsite and remotely
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including AV and telephony equipment
  • Install, upgrade, and repair hardware both onsite and in our fully equipped workshop
  • Assist in project work
  • Respond to support requests via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4 and above - including Maths, English, and ICT
  • Highly self-motivated and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills
  • Basic Windows Desktop troubleshooting
  • The right mindset to understand how a whole site connects together
Training and Development

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills, and behaviours, covering topics such as data security, hardware and software, computer networking, and more. You will undertake the Professional Apprenticeships Information Communications Technician Level 3 qualification, which is an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider.
