We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Animal Centre Manager to join our team at RSPCA Blackberry Farm in Aylesbury. As a key member of our frontline services, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our 10-acre site, ensuring the welfare and rehoming of over 180 animals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in animal care and management, with experience in leading teams and managing resources. You will be responsible for arranging overnight cover, working a rolling rota including weekends and public holidays, and ensuring the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
