People Analytics Industrial Placement Expert

At EDF, we're committed to helping Britain achieve Net Zero. As a People Analytics Industrial Placement Expert, you'll play a key role in our mission by contributing to our Corporate HR team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and build reporting solutions using tools like Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the organisational structure with our HR system
  • Deliver regular reporting and dashboards to provide key information on all our HR topic areas
  • Engage with internal stakeholders on specific business issues to provide insight and understanding to support evidence-based action

Training and Development:

Over the course of this 12-month programme, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in hands-on learning, working on real-world challenges that directly impact the energy industry. Most of your learning will be on the job, supported by your mentor and the teams around you.

Location:

You'll be based at Portland Road, Hove. Once you've completed a few weeks or so in the role, your time will be split between the office and home.

Who We're Looking For:

  • On track to achieve or will have already achieved a 2:2 undergraduate degree or 2:2 postgraduate qualification in any discipline with a data element, HR or Business
  • Very strong technical and analytical skills
  • Experience of generating reporting and analytics based on customer requirements
  • Excellent and experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
