We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Development Specialist to join our team at rencol. As a key member of our Test and Development Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design of tooling, jigs, fixtures, products, and processes to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical design support for new business project areas, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop new products, tooling, and processes to support our Product Road Map, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Support the transfer of mechanical design and application knowledge to our Capture Team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to provide technical expertise, driving business development and growth.
  • Support the development of others in areas of process technology, tooling design, and other relevant areas.
  • Develop commercial awareness through departmental and customer interaction, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a degree in Mechanical Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. If you are passionate about mechanical design and development, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply.
