The successful candidate will be part of the Older People's Acute Mental Health Day Services in West Lothian. They will provide post-diagnostic support to individuals and their carers using the 5 Pillar Model. This role will enhance the existing support services from the Community Psychiatric Nursing Team and the Dementia Advisor.

This position requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group, they will be required to obtain one.
