Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Implementation Consultants to deliver high-quality nCino Bank Operating System applications to clients across the region.

  • Lead a team of Implementation Consultants to deliver nCino Bank Operating System applications to clients
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related issues
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
Requirements
  • 4 years of previous financial industry experience; specifically, a commercial or SBA lending background and familiarity of banking language and processes or a combination of experience, education, & superior performance
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and delivering projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
