Premier Inn Kitchen Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Chef to join our team at Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing your team to prepare, cook, and serve our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes.
About the Role- Manage a team of kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast and evening meals.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in a visually appealing way.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £13.04.
- A permanent contract with guaranteed hours of 40 per week across 5 days.

- Previous experience as a chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
