About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Camp Manager in running a multi-activity day camp for 3 to 14-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.
  • Provide essential support to the Camp Manager, ensuring staff members are fully equipped to deliver exceptional and fun experiences for the children.
  • Work closely with the management team to contribute to the overall success of our camps, leaving a positive impact on young campers' lives and creating cherished, lasting memories.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and work closely with the Area Manager and other departments.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has experience working in a childcare setting, and is able to manage a small team. You should be available to work during the school holidays and have a high level of safeguarding awareness. Paediatric first aid is desirable, and a Level 3 childcare qualification or PGCE is also an advantage.
