About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our finance team at Môrwell Talent Solutions Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and oversee credit control processes to ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
  • Chase overdue payments and resolve invoice disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth payment processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Report on aged debt and cash flow to provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a finance admin or credit control role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and able to learn and develop within the role.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary up to £28,000 (depending on experience).
