The Enhanced Drug Treatment Service is a multidisciplinary team that provides Diamorphine Assisted Treatment to individuals with complex needs and a history of limited engagement with traditional drug and alcohol services. The service operates a rotational shift pattern, with the post holder working across both the service and outreach elements.

As a Senior Addiction Nurse, the post holder will work closely with the Multidisciplinary Team, providing supervision and support to junior staff. The role involves working in a challenging but rewarding environment with individuals who have complex health and social needs.

The service operates 0900hrs-1700hrs, 365 days a year, including public holidays. The post holder will have the opportunity to work across both areas of the service, providing a supportive resource for individuals who attend the service.
